Kildare Youth Services Complaints Procedure

It is the policy of Kildare Youth Services to deal with all complaints in accordance with the principles of natural fairness and equality. Kildare Youth Services views complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve for the future, as well as a chance to put things right for the individual (or organisation) that has made the complaint.

The Kildare Youth Services Complaints Procedure offers a facility to members of the public and anyone who uses or participates in the services provided by Kildare Youth Services who wish to make a complaint regarding the quality our services or the manner in which we conduct our business. This document: 

·       Demonstrates the commitment of Kildare Youth Services to our participants/users/clients, other stakeholders, external agencies, funders and members of the public.

·       Demonstrates the commitment of Kildare Youth Services to providing the best possible quality of service and ensuring best practice is operated across all our service and projects.

·         Helps Kildare Youth Services to find out about things that have gone wrong so they can be fixed quickly and efficiently.
