In 2006, Kildare Youth Services-Youth Work Ireland in partnership with young people in schools and Community Training Centres
(Fás and Youthreach) in Co. Kildare launched a ground breaking piece of research which directly listened to young people right
across the county
The research report, titled "Our Views-Anybody Listening?-Researching the views and needs of young people in
Co. Kildare" captures the opinions, views, needs and feelings expressed by 988 young people, across a broad range of topics and issues
pertinent to their lives.
