Alcohol Awareness Week

 What do you know – Alcohol, Young People and Mental Health?

The HALO project is hosting an information evening as part of Alcohol Awareness week and would like 
to invite all to attend. 

The project is a substance misuse service for young people and families and this 
fun information evening is for anyone interested in learning a little more about alcohol and its effects 
especially on young people, their families and their mental health. 


Date: Tuesday 21st April 

Location: The HALO Project (address below) 

Time: 5pm -8pm 


6pm Guest Speaker – Dr. Bobby Smyth (consultant child and adolescent psychiatrist) 



We will have a few fun games to test your knowledge and hopefully give you some more information;
Quizzes Facts and Myths 



The HALO team, staff and volunteers will be available to answer questions and give information on alcohol consumption for young people
