Background
Newbridge Youth Project originated as a response to the growing need for support structures for young people in Newbridge.
The town has been developing rapidly and the influx of new residents with young children is continuing. The need for a youth project was identified
by Newbridge Community Development and Kildare Youth Services. An application was submitted to the Department of Education and Science under youth affairs.
