Volunteers are of vital importance to the project and are involved in all aspects of the work.
- In youth clubs and groups they are part of a team that plans, organises and reviews the youth groups activities
- They identify their training needs through the area forum for volunteers and appropriate training is organised in response where possible.
- Advice, support and training are available to all groups as well as direct involvement or club visits as appropriate.
